Cancellation Policy

These cancellation and refund terms are part of our Terms of Use, which governs. They apply to standard purchases of the Lumo SafetyLight (“Lumo”) and to the $4.99/month SafeWatch monitoring subscription. They do not apply to the Beta Program, which is covered by the separate Beta Program Agreement. The seller is Nomo Innovations LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), Lititz, PA.
1. The device
· Before it ships: if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund — just email us.
· After delivery: you may return your Lumo within [30] days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus return shipping, as long as the device is in good working condition.
2. The monthly subscription
The $4.99/month SafeWatch subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime [in your account or] by emailing support@lumosafetylight.com. Your monitoring service then continues through the end of the current billing month and does not renew.
The plug-in nightlight keeps working without a subscription; only the SafeWatch texts and the 9 p.m. nightly recap require an active subscription.
3. How to cancel
Email support@lumosafetylight.com (or use the manage-subscription link in your account, if offered). We’ll confirm your cancellation by email.
4. Governing terms
These terms are part of our Terms of Use, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and are subject to the arbitration and dispute-resolution terms described there.
