What you get every day

• A morning and an evening SafeWatch window you set. If no normal movement shows up during a window, you get a text right then.
• A nightly 9pm recap of their most recent activity, including the last time motion was seen.
• Texts to one or two caregiver cell numbers you choose — so a sibling or neighbor can be looped in, too.

Honest about what it is

Lumo shows you activity, not wellbeing. It tells you a room saw a normal day of movement — a reassuring backup to your call, never a medical verdict.

• No camera and no microphone, ever. Just motion.
• Not an emergency or medical device. It does not call for help, contact 911, or detect falls.

Simple by design

• Plugs into any standard 110V outlet — a hallway, kitchen, or bedroom.
• You set it up from your phone in minutes with simple dropdown menus; it connects over home Wi-Fi (2.4GHz).
• Adjustable light, or switch it off completely — the monitoring keeps working either way.
• Away Mode pauses the SafeWatch alerts while keeping your nightly recap, for when your parent travels.
• Pet Shield and wall-mount kit included — for homes with pets, or when the nearest outlet doesn't give the sensor a clear view of the room.
